Dian Sofia Andyasuri has over 22 years of experience in Indonesia, United Kingdom, and Singapore in various financial aspects of several industries including telecommunications, Oil & Gas, consultant services, and utility company. Prior to joining the Company, she worked at Thames Water, Hutchison, and Shell Indonesia with her last position as President Director and Country Chair. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Trisakti University and Master's degree in finance from Brunel University London.

Ashish Gupta
Commissioner
Citizen of the Republic of India, 47 years old, domiciled in Singapore. Ashish Gupta serves as Commissioner of BUMA and the Company since August 2021. He has over 20 years of corporate finance and investing experiences across industries such as financial services, technology, media, natural resources and infrastructure. He joined Tiga Investments in 2019 as Managing Director. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Partner at Farallon Capital Management from 2007 to 2019 where he was involved in most of the private credit and private equity investments of Farallon Asia. Started his career as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs.
Obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Peter John Chambers

Australian citizen, 67 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. Peter John Chambers serves as Commissioner of BUMA and Independent Commissioner of the Company since August 2021. He has over 25 years of experience in finance, telecommunications and investment oversight. Today he is an advisor to Farallon Capital and Lippo Karawaci, and serves on a number of Boards and Board Committees at several companies, including Siloam Hospitals, Indomines Pty Ltd, PT Kredit Pintar and Lippo Cikarang. Prior to that, he has occupied a number of important positions in various companies, including Coopers and Lybrand, PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk, Rajawali Corporation, XL Axiata and Farallon Capital.
Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting from RMIT, Melbourne-Australia and a Diploma of Chartered Accounting in Professional Audit.

Indra Dammen Kanoena
Commisioner
Indonesian citizen, 49 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. Indra Kanoena serves as Vice President Director of BUMA since September 2021 and Director of the Company since June 2022. He has more than 25 years of experiences in various positions in the organizational and human resources management, government and community relation, and heavy equipment maintenance management. Prior to joining BUMA in 2013, he worked at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (formerly known as PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk) as Manager Human Resources, PT Freeport Indonesia with his last position as Vice President of Human Resources, and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk as Head of Organization and Management Strategy.
Obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Engineering from Indonesia Institute of Technology and Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from BINUS Business School.
