In the first pillar namely safety, the Company will provide safe and health workplace through operational excellence and technology. The key programs of this pillar are safety leadership, fatigue management, hazard & risk, and remote health.
In the second pillar namely eco-efficiency, BUMA will do responsible mining through good mining practices which continue drive efficiency. The key programs of this pillar are water conservation, waste recycle and fuel efficiency.
In the third pillar namely optimization, the Company will optimize its operational excellence and asset utilization with technology to drive efficiency and sustainability. The key programs of this pillar are adaptive mine planning and e-GMP (Good Mining Practice), predictive maintenance and digital maintenance.
In the fourth pillar namely human capital, the Company will foster sense of ownership and competencies in employees and develop future talent pipeline. The key programs of this pillar are Industrial Class (basic operator-basic mechanic). DESA (teamwork), multiple versatility and e-learning.
In the fifth pillar namely community, the Company through BUMA will do empowerment of community and society to improve the quality of life. The key programs of this pillar are local business development and local education support.
In the sixth pillar namely climate, BUMA will strengthen resilience and adaptive capacity to climate related hazards and natural disasters. The key programs of this pillar are annual tree plantation program and mangrove conservation.
