PT BISA Ruang Nuswantara (BIRU) is a social enterprise that links and matches education with industry to create access to quality jobs. Spun off from BUMA in April 2023 as a separate entity, BIRU builds on the Delta Dunia Group's commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Through community empowerment programs, BIRU fosters MSMEs to create new economic opportunities for the community and ensure sustainable business.

Neglasari Martini brings over 15 years of experience in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) field, with a focus on community engagement and carbon management.
Since February 2022, Negla has been serving as the General Manager of ESG at PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk, where she focuses on the group’s ESG strategy and roadmap.
Before joining Delta Dunia, she made significant contributions as the Head of Stakeholder Engagement in the Sustainability Division of APP Sinarmas.

Kristiyanto Widiyawan has been serving as the President Director of PT BISA Ruang Nuswantara (BIRU) since 2023, following the company's spin-off from PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama. As an experienced mining professional, he boasts over 30 years of experience across various companies.
He joined PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama in 2019 as the Head of Sustainability & ESG. His career began at PT Pamapersada Nusantara, where he served as a Project Manager, before moving on to PT Nusajaya Persadatama Mandiri as the Director of Exploration & Operations. In 2016, he joined PT Prima Sarana Gemilang as a Senior Manager, later transitioning to PT Mulia Persada Kartanegara to serve as the Director of Exploration and Operations.

Kanya Sjahrir has been serving as Chief Operating Officer of PT BISA Ruang Nuswantara (BIRU) since December 2023. She possesses over a decade of experience in strategic roles across various industries, distinguished by her excellent interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.
Before assuming her current role, she served as the Strategic PMO Manager at PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk and has also worked at Pasifik Satelit Nusantara and the Principia Management Group.
She obtained a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from The Australian National University.
