Women Leadership

At Delta Dunia Group, we actively promote gender diversity and inclusiveness at all levels of our organization. Our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is clearly reflected in our leadership demographics, with women holding 42% of director-level positions. This substantial representation illustrates the pivotal role that women play in driving the strategic and operational success of our company.

We are dedicated to providing expansive opportunities that support the professional growth of all employees. By fostering an environment where everyone, regardless of gender, can achieve their full potential, we enhance our collective capability and ensure the ongoing growth of Delta Dunia Group.

MahaDEWI

Launched in 2023, the MahaDEWI is Delta Dunia Group’s innovative platform designed to reinforce women’s participation within the traditionally male-dominated mining industry. This internal platform serves as a vibrant community where women can exchange knowledge, share experiences, and provide mutual support, thereby enhancing their active involvement in our company's operations.

MahaDEWI offers a variety of seminars and workshops, both online and offline, that cover topics pertinent to our employees' roles and responsibilities. These educational events are aimed at enhancing the professional skills and knowledge of our women employees, while also strengthening their professional networks and support systems.

The creation of a supportive and conducive working environment through the MahaDEWI initiative is essential for attracting, nurturing, and retaining female talent. This approach not only contributes to the personal development of our employees but also significantly drives the overall growth and achievement of Delta Dunia Group’s strategic objectives.
