As a business player in the high-risk coal mining industry in Indonesia, we are acutely aware of the various risks that we face. We have established an Enterprise Risk Management policy as a fundamental guide to managing risks and have also created a risk awareness culture in the company to ensure that every decision is taken with calculated risks. To evaluate the effectiveness of our risk management system, we conduct an annual business risk assessment and periodic assessments of risk management implementation in the company and its subsidiaries. These assessments are used as a reference for the improvement of internal control and risk management, ensuring that our risk management system is managed effectively.
