BUMA Australia is a leading mining contractor established in 2021 through the acquisition of Downer's Open Cut Mining business, with a legacy dating back to 1922.

BTECH provides mining companies with innovative, high-yield enterprise solutions focusing on developing cost-effective and efficient technologies for on-site operations.

BIRU is a socially-focused enterprise that is passionate about promoting education, vocational training, waste management, and recycling to create a low-carbon and circular economy.
