Buma MoU with SDJ

PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk. (“DOID”) is pleased to announce that its primary operating subsidiary, PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (“BUMA”), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with PT Sungai Danau Jaya (“SDJ”), a subsidiary of Geo Energy Resources for the provision of coal mining services for the entire life of the mine or until all of the coal reserves have been fully produced from the mining area.

The services consist of approximately 131 million bcm overburden removal, 43 million ton coal hauling, and heavy equipment rental for SDJ’s sites in the province of South Kalimantan. The MoU is expected to provide BUMA with an additional volume and to give positive impact on BUMA/DOID’s financial position.
