BUMA Extended its Contract with PT Angsana Jaya Energi

PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama ("BUMA"), has signed an agreement to extend its contract with PT Angsana Jaya Energi (“AJE”) that was previously signed in 2016 to expire in 2018. The contract is now extended for another 3 years up to 2020 (“Extension Contract”).

The Extension Contract includes estimated 12 million tonnes of coal and 37 million bcm of overburden removal. The contract has an approximate value of over US$143 million.

AJE is located next to PT Sungai Danau Jaya (“SDJ”) and PT Tanah Bumbu Resources (“TBR”), BUMA’s other customers. Having three concessions located adjacent to each other allows BUMA to operate more efficiently.

With the two new contracts recently announced in 2018, the Company has increased its order book from US$5.0 billion to US$5.6 billion, and the Company continues to pursue additional new contracts, expected to be finalized in the foreseeable future, as part of its growth strategy during favourable coal market condition.
