CONCERNING THE RESIGNATION OF MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Reference is made to :

1. The Financial Service Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure on the Material Fact by Issuers or Public Company (“POJK 31/2015”);
2. The Financial Service Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning The Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Company (“POJK 33/2014”); and
3. Regulation I-E, Attachment of the Board of Directors of the Indonesian Stock Exchange Decree No. KEP-00015/BEI/01-2021 dated 1 February 2021 concerning The Obligation to Disclose Information (“Regulation I-E”)

We hereby inform you that on January 24, 2022, the Company has received a resignation letter from Mr. Sunata Tjiterosampurno as a Commissioner of the Company.

Further, to comply with the provisions of POJK 33/2014, his resignation will be resolved in the nearest General Meeting of Shareholder.
