Pursuant to the provision of item III.3 of Regulation No. I-E, attachment to Director’s Decree of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) Number Kep- 00015/BEI/01-2021, as well as referring to IDX Circular Letter No. SE-00003/BEI/05-2020 concerning Procedures for Electronic Public Expose, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (the “Company”) hereby announces the plan to hold the Company’s 2022 Public Expose. The Public Expose will be held electronically and physically with limited capacity and in accordance with the Covid-19 Health Protocol, at the following time and venue:

A. The procedures for physical attendance are as follows:
- As a preventive measure to the risk of the Covid-19 virus transmission, the Company limits the number of participants attending the Public Expose to a maximum of 30 (thirty) people. Therefore, the participants who will be physically present in the Public Expose are required to register online first through the following link https://bit.ly/DOIDPUBEX2022
- Registration will be closed on Monday, June 27th, 2022 at 4.00 PM Western Indonesian Time or until the attendance allocation is met, whichever occurs first.
- Physical attendees are required to comply with the Public Expose Rules, especially regarding the provisions of the Covid-19 Health Protocol which will be available on the Company’s website www.deltadunia.com.
B. The procedures for electronic attendance are as follows:
- Given a limited capacity on the webinar platform and for an orderly event, participant from each organization is limited to a maximum of 2 (two) person. Therefore the participants who will be electronically present in the Public Expose are required to register online first through the following link https://bit.ly/ONLINEPUBEXDOID2022.
- Registration will be closed on Monday, June 27th, 2022 at 4.00 PM Western Indonesian Time.
- Link details of the webinar for electronic attendance will be sent to your registered email address on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022.
- When login to the zoom application, the participant’s email address must be match with his/her registered email address. Otherwise, he/she is not allowed to take part in the Public Expose.
- The Company is fully entitled to consider and/or to determine the presence of the registered participants.
